I had the pleasure of spending most of my day with a recently new hired car salesman named Chris. I was really in there for a recall on my Nissan Rouge SV and spent my time looking at other vehicles with Chris with no pressure to purchase another one. I have been a Chevrolet owner for almost 30 years. I recently parted ways with my 99 Tahoe (600,000 miles) in favor of a used 2021 Silverado 2 years ago. It was not purchased at Alan Jay, but I started taking it there for occasional service. At just over 60,000 miles it began experiencing a transmission issue. I took it in expecting the worse (just out of warranty), but was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor, Mark Betscher, became my advocate and was able to have the repair covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, the part was back ordered and took 2 months to be delivered. During the interim he kept me informed and when it arrived, yesterday, gave me priority for completing the repair. The icing on the cake was a full repair and at no cost to me, even though I did not purchase the vehicle through Alan Jay. They have earned my sincerest appreciation and gratitude for going above and beyond. I will be going to them for my future purchases. Update: 5/5/26 Since my original post I have returned twice for routine maintenance. On both occasions I made appointments and they had me in and out with no costly surprises. They were spot on with their estimates and it was a great experience from start to finish. They even allowed me to view the repair while in progress. Their service team is top notch!

I have never earned a new car and it’s 73 years old I never expected to. But due to damages to My vehicle at a Hardee County service station, I was forced to look for safe transportation. The construction is finished and the new building is beautiful. The service area is well done, the entrance is covered from weathered and the service precedures are well designed. The waiting area is comfortable.

The woman working the service area, I apologize for not knowing her name, really helped me when my truck was broken down. She gave me much needed help to arrange a tow truck, which showed up within 15 minutes. The driver was able to get my truck started so I could drive to the dealership. It was late in the day and they got it fixed within 48 hours. They were great at keeping me informed as to when the part arrived and when the work was completed. They were all great and it is much appreciated.

We are from Iowa but are vacationing nearby for a few weeks. There was an issue with the middle row seat lever not functioning properly on my Sorento, which was purchased in our home state. The Kia dealership in Iowa said it was not fixable. We stopped on a whim at this dealership to get a second opinion and Jaque, the service advisor, said that she would happily take a look. Upon investigating, she found that the frame needed to be replaced as it was binding when the lever was pulled and informed me that it would be covered under the warranty. A couple of days later, it is functioning properly! I am so thankful to Jaque and the service team for going above to problem solve when others would not!

We need service on our Murano and we were concerned to bring our car to a dealer service because in general and in my experience they tell you more than what you really need to get done in your car. Not at Alan Jay Nissan. The service was superb, they found the problem at the same day, called us, gave an estimate which was very reasonable and next day car was ready.
